    Ran some calculations on USPS using a wheelset box that I have handy and shipping was $107. The frameset box would be slightly bigger than this so I am guessing it to be $120 or more. BikeFlights is out as the "brokerage" fees are crazy $172 + whatever actual shipping.

    1 1/8 inch straight. Sorry. 31.8mm OD of the fork steerer. The ID is 28.6mm, attached the Control Tech quill stem diameter pic too.
