M800 Pepperoni fork ebay
I thought it would be fun to pass the time perusing the catalogs while drinking my morning coffee to identify this frame.
The seller claims it’s a M800, BOTE. It has low quality white sprayed over blue. Seller also claims 14 or 15 inch frame size.
I see a black Pepperoni fork: 1992&1993 had a recall. Was it swapped by a dealer? Or what?
I see a right chainstay chain slap protective “sticker”.
I see what appears to be factory paint with wear at the rear dropouts.
I see Force 40 routing for the rear brakes.
I don’t see evidence of decals. No Cannondale or model identifier. So maybe it was stripped and painted blue before the lousy white paint.
There was never a blue BOTE as far as I know.
I can’t identify the crank or derailleurs with the low quality photos.
Let’s have fun. What say all you Sherlock Holmes type Cannondale addicts?
