Hello I want to install a rack on my F500. On the drive side, the dropout eyelet ist half covered by the derailleur hanger (black). Anybody got a clue how to align the hole with the eyelet again?

Does anybody know when this M600 was made? It pops up from time to time on used bike sales here in Europe, but I cannot find it in any catalog...
