You need to look at the ETRTO rim size when you look at tires. Depending on where you buy them, 700C tires may be called 700C, 28", or 29". 27" tires are normally called that, even though they are actually larger diameter than 700C. The 700C rim is 622, and the 27" size is 630, so look for...

Yellow bag looks to be under seat mount. Is the black one a seat bag as well? Appears to need a mounting bracket. Do you have it?

In my area I wouldn't expect to get more than $300 for the pictured H300 bike, and you might have to wait months for the right buyer. A 1995 M900 was about $1000 new, but I wouldn't expect to get more than $600 for one in NOS condition now.

If you're definitely going to repaint it, you might try sanding through the blue and see if another color shows underneath. Perhaps it was a replacement frame and that's why it doesn't have a model decal. I would start at your local automotive paint dealer and see what they can come up with.

Looks to be a 1996 frame. Does it have a model number? The only blue 2.8 I see in the 1996 catalog is the R2000 (Matte Panama Blue). R600 and up had the carbon fork in 1996.

The 2.8 was the top of the line road frame from 1992-1996. I don't think the geometry changed much but there were several different forks used. AL forks were used on the early bikes, but carbon was used on the later upper end models. There are geometry charts in each of the catalogs...

I wish Kleins were as easy to find as Cannondales. I only have one, a Chehallis made 1996 Aeolis from the Trek owned era. Very nice TT frame, the only issue is the pressed in BB - though there may be more replacement options these days. I've never had it out to compare it more current pressed...
