This one has a BB serial number but the specs match the 85 model perfectly. I am assuming that it is a late 84 built to 85 specs, does anyone know if the AA, BB, CC serial numbers matched the year built or the model year? Those old Suntour friction derailleurs are so smooth.

Finally got around to posting more pictures. This is a very nice 1999 F500. This model had a mix of low end-end Shimano and an XT rear derailleur.

1993 H400 in like new condition.

Nice old touring bike, all original except for the saddle, tires and bar tape.
