Hi. Would I need a certain type of stem? Most ahead type system have a star washer in the fork to take out play How's this done on the headshok system. My fork has a serial number do you know what year etc What is the loose o-ring for? Regards

Hi New to cannondale as I normally ride klein, orange or marin. I have just bought a 2004 f800 frame and I think an older headshock fatty fork. Can anyone help me with what else I need to put the fork onto this frame please. Regards
