General Information
I recently converted it to a 7 speed 14-34 with a 52-39 front chaining. I found the 39t changing and 7 speed shifter on ebay. That's a very inexpensive Shimano Tourney rear mech which works just fine. Due to back issues, I added a Richey riser stem and wider handle bar. It's a little heavier than my newer Trek, but still fun to ride.
