Purchased this as a frame only in 2003. This is the bike that started VintageCannondale.com, which started in 2006 from all the data that I found collecting info about this bike. I loved this bike. It was never a show bike, but rather a just ride it and enjoy. In 2013 the bike was stolen. My father in law saw somebody ridding down the street with it and stopped him. I grew up in California, not too far away from Mt. Tamalpais and Specialized. Growing up, I always thought the Hard Rocks, RockHoppers and Stumpys were the bomb.
