A Craigslist find. Was given as a gift to original owner but at 54 cm it was too large. She rode it 20 miles then left it in the garage for 23 years unused. It still has the original chain grease. The original Shimano 600 left shifter would not hold the chain in the large ring. Perhaps prematurely I replaced both shifters with the Shimano Claris 8-speed shifters and, of course, kept the 600 rear derailleur. I learned only later that the left shifter had probably gummed up from lack of use...
