1999 F500 fresh find.

JE build (1998, May). But it matches the 1999 catalog specs. Smaller black F500 decal, no welded on rear rack tabs, Weinman rims. The front wheel is a Ritchey so not original. The rear of the bike was left under a water source. Chain rusted solid. Rear brake arms seized. Derailleurs stuck. Some WD40 got the derailleurs loose. Replaced the chain. The front of the bike is in good condition. Rode it about 10 miles tonight. Nice color. Came with the street tires so it's a smoother ride. Missing the head shock adjuster knob. The fork is in remarkably good shape.

Looks to be really nice. Too small for me but you might want to add the size.
