90s era Timberland Edition Mtn Bike Value?

Hello all, wondering if someone can help me value a 18" Timberland Edition Cannondale from the 1990s. My mom won it on a raffle ticket(?) from Montlake Bike Shop in Seattle and it's been her bike ever since. She's 80 yrs old so it hasn't been ridden hard, but it's definitely been used. Don't have the S/N but these are the best pics she could get.

Thoughts?

I believe the model is an M200SE. Dark metallic green. 18"
