Can anyone tell me about this bike?

I bought this bike about 2 years ago with very little info. I was told it’s “probably ‘82-84”
Just trying to get a little more info and also figure out value as I want to eventually sell it. I’m in Brooklyn and from what i understand, bikes go for a little more than standard here.

Looks like an early touring frame. I don't know of any that came with a TA crank, brake levers and rear derailleur are recent replacements. Check the serial number on the bottom bracket shell below the crank and see if it begins with AA, BB, or CC.
