KH on the Super V500 indicates that it was made in August of 1999. It's not in the US catalog for either 1999 or 2000 but I'd suspect that it's a 2000 model as it was made so late in 1999.
The Backroads bike is likely a 1998 or 1999 Killer V700. I can't read the two letter code in your photo. It needs a cable guide.

hello thank you for your quick response, for the blackroads there is indeed a cable guide I had moved for the photo, and speaking of blackroads they are not on any catalog, is this a special Cannondale production for the company blackroads because that that I have I found it bare frame without fork so surprised by putting vintage wheels of 26 because it is a wheel frame of 700 ??

Yes, the Backroads decals were specially made for the touring company of the same name. They purchased a large number of bikes for their rental business.

As far as I know there were not any Killer V style frames produced for 700c wheels. There were Headshok equipped 700C hybrids (1995 H800 and numerous Silk Path models) but all that I can remember had conventional single top tubes.
