Stumbled upon this website while researching two Cannondale bikes I just acquired. Neither seem to be good matches for my wife and I - We are just starting to get back into bike riding - we are in our mid-late fifties..

First, in early 2016, my mom wandered into a LBS and exited the proud owner of a 2016 Womens Quick Speed 1 Disc. She probably rode it less than 100 miles. With her health deteriorating, she gave me the bike on a recent visit. This is a fantastic bike, and at $1,600 it should be.

Second, a neighbor was downsizing and her bike was included in the crapola she pawned off on us. This is a late 90's H300 and in great condition.

First, neither my wife or I see any need for either of us to ride a $1,000+ bike - we just want to tool around the local bike paths. I wouldn't mind commuting to work - it's only 8 miles one way.

The H300 is a huge bike, too large for either of us. I'm 5'9" and the seat has to be in its lowest position in order for me to ride it. My wife? fuhgedaboutit...

I do appreciate the quality of these bikes. Hopefully we can sell these two bikes and find something decent for the two of us...

Welcome, both of these are great bikes. But size and fit are most important. I hope you can find what you are after. You should have no problem selling if you go that route. :)
