I know it’s a Cannondale! Lol. With a bad Headshok.. want to take on the task but I’m not sure what model I have so I don’t know what parts to be hunting for... I appreciate your help in advance! Thanks! It was found at the dump and my 13 year old is attempting to restore her! I’m just the wallet carrier.. this is going to hurt I suspect!

This Cannondale would be a 2000+. It might be a 2006/08ish. Where the numbers are stamped, there would have been a bar code. That would have said the date of the frame. The rear drop outs make me think it is at least 2004+. Hard to tell the exact model... It looks like you have everything. I would fill the dent. Paint it. And put it back together. Just make sure the fork "Headshok" is working. If it is, you are good to go.

Looks like a 2004 1FG, missing some decals. Finish and crank look right for that bike.
