Thanks in Advance. The serial was only partially stamped when made. So Im trying to figure model (i know Criterium) and year. Thanks a Bunch one and all!

You can probably decipher the serial number closer than we can from the pic. What are the components? Offhand I'd say it's a 1987 SR1000, just because that's the only model I recall that's white with blue decals. Should have Superbe Pro bits.

Thank you , The Serial is small (at least for my poor old eyes) but the pic shows the stamps were only made about 1/3 in the metal.. It does have the pro bits though.. Thanks..Just trying to know for sure. God Bless.
That's a nice find. I still can't make much out of the serial number but it looks like it might be a 63 cm frame.
It is a 1988, and I would also guess 63cm frame. Look thru the 88 catalog. There is a model that was blue or white paint with shimano 600... I think.

There was a white SR500 in 1988 that was equipped with six speed 105.
