It's a '97. My very vague memory of the '90 ST600 I had years ago was that the fork bosses were threaded, but none of the random screws I have laying around seem to fit. & THX for the cage boss info!

Are the touring fork mid/lowrider bosses threaded for screws, or just a straight through tube for a bolt? They're too large for an M5 screw, and seem too small for what I think is an M6 (but I'm not 100% sure). Also- are the bottle cage bosses some kind of insert pressed into the aluminum...

Anyone know of a source/size for the plastic push rivets that hold the top-tube cable guides in place? I know I can get new, aluminum guides with the rivets through this site, and there are 3D printer versions out there, too. I have all the guides on my new-to-me old T900, but most have the pins...

I'll probably live with the brifters until I do some real touring, in the meantime keeping my eye out for some bar-cons.

Definitely hilly here! The T900 has canti brakes. I wish it had bar-ends rather than the hideous brifters, though.
