I've never used paper that fine on one. 800-1000 grit and some Mother's or Simichrome and they look great.

They show in the 1997-1999 catalogs and were generally equipped similar to F700 or F900. They came with 36 spoke wheels and a more upright bar stem combination than the F700 and F900.
