I bought this 1988 Cannondale SM1000 based solely on the photos.
I really wanted to add another bike featuring the first
Cannondale logo and a U-brake to complete my Cannondale collection.
According to the previous owner, a ski jumper from the West German national team used this bike for training in 1988.
