Have been riding my 2005 Prophet 2000 sins October with a carbon Lefty Max with SPV damper and 29er front wheel.
Travel has be reduce to 80mm. And I have played around with the compression & rebound shim's.
To cut along story short,I have had lodes of fun this winter off road.
Happy Riding
All original, size large frame, all XTR, Coda, etc, still have original pedals, and manuals. Great bike, smooth ride and very responsive for it's age, shocks are still in great shape, hold air well! Eric
Purchased at Goodale's Bike Shop in Nashua, NH in 2005. This was my first full-suspension mountain bike, and I absolutely love it. I have added bar-ends and that's about it. This bike has been absolutely bullet-proof since new.
This is my second Cannondale. This time I bought it at Helens Bicycles in Westwood. Just like the first time, I was loving the Aluminum frame. This one way fatter than the first. I wanted a full suspension. Loved the Praying Mantis look and color. It felt light. Great bike for city and beach riding. I see many of these in the gallery.
