Still want to do something about the brakes though. Eventually.

And the saddle isn’t a good fit. Maybe overly padded. Can’t quite put a finger on it. But it isn’t comfortable. Maybe the trail I rode wasn’t rough enough and I spent too much time sitting. Or I’m just used to my road bike. Either way I’m getting a different one.

I still have plenty of NOS SunTour SE cantis. I should get busy and try a set on the front of something and see if I can make them throw me over the bars.

Glamour picture. I upgraded to an 8 speed rear on a set of Ritchey Vantage Comps. New to me stoppers are Deore LX. Those mods necessitated new to me Deore LX levers. New rubber too.
