I just bought a used Cannondale F800 (XL) to replace my used F400 (Med). Used bikes is the best way to go (in my opinion)! I replaced the original wheels/tires with blue wheels/tires. I plan on replacing the seat, pedals, handlebars, grips, cable housing with blue or yellow ones. Plus I may update the brakes with a hydraulic set. Anyhow, this is going to be a great winter project!

Those tires are an unbelievably close match to the team blue. I wish your F400 was the same size, I'd be interested in it if it were. I agree that used is the way to go. I've probably owned 25 or 30 Cannondales, only 4 were purchased new.
