M700 changes

Been itching to do something with the GRX parts I picked up that I couldn't use on the F600. So the GRX 2x11 mini groupset is finding itself a new home. Unless someone has a spare set of Shimano SL-RS700 - 2x11 flatbar shifters just sitting around. I will have to be a bit creative to make it work and stay flat bar. I haven't decided if I want to swap back on the Shimano V-brakes I have and remove the Magura's. We'll see. Just need to pick up some minor parts to finish the swap.

R7000/GRX810 2x11 is my favorite, especially when paired with a 46/30 crank. I think a 48/32 crank is a better option the roadie 50/36 for most of my riding.

I do have spare set of RS700s but I am not sure if I want to sell them...

Your shifter options are limited the RS700 or Microshift Centos 11 flatbar. Microshift has released a different R11 11 speed flatbar option but I don't have any eperience with it. I see there is now a Microshift 11 spd thumb shifter if those are your thing. I like index shifting but that's me.

What cassette are you using? My Quick 1 with the GRX810 is running the GRX600 46/30 crank and Shimano 11-34 cassette. I like the range and the jumps between gears don't compromise cadence too much.

On three other bikes, I used this 11-36 11 spd cassette from Velo Orange and really like the range.
- FSA Omega 50/36 on my wife's Trek Verve 3 which she rides like a 1x11
- FSA Vero Pro 48/32 on my daughter Multitrack 730
- GRX600 46/30 on my Jamis Renegade S1 (not on the trail ready yet)
