Missing Decal on CAAD 7 Team

Hi.
I proudly own a CAAD 7 in Size 54 with the one of the most beautiful Team colour. My girlfrind is owning the same Frame in size 56. Both with BSA bottom bracket. But I realised a difference on mine to hers and on every other picture I could found of this model. I have every decal besides the two small ones on the seat stays right between the connection to the seat tube an the rear brake. Has anyone a clue why these decals are missing?

Photo is so small that I can't see any detail. I have a couple of CAAD7s here but neither with the same paint. The 2003 USA catalog photo shows the team bike with the red decals on the seat stays. My best guess is that the factory simply didn't have the decals at the time it was painted, or someone went on lunch break without applying them and nobody noticed.

It's a borrowed picture. I will take a better one of my girlfriends bike. But it's just a red decal with a white Saeco logo on the left and a yellow Cannondale Logo on the right. I kind of like your guess with the employee at his or her lunch break ;-)
