Not sure what model I just got

Hey everyone!

I recently bought a frame, but am having trouble finding which exact model it is. If I checked correctly, the serial number places it in October 1998, but the closest I could find in the catalogs, was a F3000 from 99 catalog.

My frame has no model sticker on it, so no clue. Maybe someone can shed some light on this?

Manufactured in 98, but CAAD 4 disc would be a 99 model. The fatty SL fork was used on the high end bikes. The lack of a model number may indicate it was a warranty replacement frame.

If that were mine, I'd call it a 1999 F3000. Frame, fork, and paint are right for one. You can probably come up with most of the original parts but the Cane Creek wheels might be tough.
