Your expert assistance in helping me identify and provide info on an Iceland Green 1995(?) Campagnolo Equipped 60 cm Racing Bicycle.

Welcome! I am glad you joined after our email chat. :) Another thought would be to date check the campy parts: https://vintagecannondale.com/info/campagnolo/ and.... another thought. The frame without the model number could me a crash replacement frame. They did this and did not add a model...

    An Old overBEARING ? 1987 ST400

If it is a sealed bearing, are you able to take it out and find a number on it? If so, you should be able to find the bearings based on the number.

    Lefty losing air

The air chamber probably needs new seals. These forks are pushing 10yrs +. In the USA contact Mendon Cycle Smith. In Europe contact 80Aid. https://www.mendoncyclesmith.com https://www.eighty-aid.com/en

    Jekyll or Super V

Each of the frames are different. the Jekyll was a 130/140mm bike, but with the flaw of the rear shock. All of these bikes are old school single pivot. Some of the pivots are low like the V and the Jekyll. The Prophet, Rush are basically the same, just different travel. Both can take 27.5. The...

    27.5 tire on a Super V Or F1000

27.5 will not fit in the rear of a V or Jekyll rear swing. F1000, I am not sure. Maybe we should move the 27.5 database to the forums.

    New Super V project

You can see the "bond" under the paint of yours. It is a glue. Sadly, it is the design of the rear swing. They used the same design with the Gemini, but it it different. Without the bond... The best rear swing is the jekyll, and caad4. I do have a 96 rear if you are interested. Or you can take...

    New Super V project

I just wanted to share some photos on the bonded rear. The broken black rear swing is mine. Same 2000 V as yours. A friend was ridding it and it cracked almost all the way. I broke it off all the way to prevent anybody ridding on it. The silver bonded shows the bond separating. Just a FYI. I...

    Super V

Most metal guys will have a way of stripping the paint if they know its aluminum. I have even seen ice blasting. Also, good old fashion airplane paint stripper always works. Airplanes are usually aluminum. :) Also, I just posted on your V question, about the bonded rear. Hate to rain down. But...

looks like the trunnion is 54mm spacing with M10 x 1.0mm threads. I will have to check our Gen 1 Jekyll..

The Trunnion is back... Gen 1 Jekyll?

I had a friend of a friend who worked there. Sadly Fox threw away all Cannondale everything around 2016. He said, we just threw it away.... ugh. These new shocks are expensive.. I would like to see if it fits. My Jekyll Float needs a 2nd rebuild. I blew the 1st one of Mt. Tam.. scared me. lol...

    New Super V project

FYI. that rear swing is a death trap. They all crack or break. A lefty will fit on your frame. If you end up using a different fork, I would be interested in your headshox for a build. I have a 96 rear swing you could use, but that would be different rear travel (I think). CAAD4 and Jekyll rear...

The Trunnion is back... Gen 1 Jekyll?

A yoke is what I thought up awhile ago when I had 4 Jekyll frames. I am now down to just 1 Mk2 Gen 1 jekyll. The Mk2 I believe have 135mm rear travel. The new Trunnion is at the end of the shock. Our jekyll's are kinda in the middle. If this new shock worked it would reduce the travel. This new...

fresh donation at the local coop. 1988 Cannondale mtb. Blue with Yellow accents.

This is great. Restore it! And with the 89 American flag. Some had those, usually late 88's. Ubrake is original, and you are stuck with it because of the mounts. U-Brakes actually work well, and was used on BMX for a long time. I love it with the Yellow cables and saddle. Excellent pickup. :)
