There is an M500 about that size for sale in Chicago but it's a 1997 model. I will try to remember to keep an eye out, have contacts in Des Moines, Minneapolis and Madison that could help facilitate.

Still surprised at the weight but there are a lot of dense welds on that frame, and steel fasteners at all the pivot points. It looks great. I'd love to try one out some time.

Did the Ti eggbeaters just have a Ti spindle or were the springs Ti as well? I have seen broken springs on eggbeaters, which seem to be their weak point.

I've never heard of Point One. I've got several pairs of various Crank Bros. pedals but have never taken the time to change cleats for them on a pair of shoes. Pretty much sticking to Look Delta for road and SPD for MTB, just because both are easy to locate in quantity for little cost.

Curious about how the weight is measured. I assume that it's just the fork, but a Lefty hub and axle is surely going to add a bit more weight compared to a standard quick release hub.
