Greetings from Switzerland, I need your HELP !

I am glad we figured out you had a 1992 and you found a 1992. As for the paint match. You may not get exact. It may have to be a trial and error. Or go off memory as close as you can remember. When you get started, please post a rebuild thread in the rebuild section so we can watch and help as...

    Prophet 12mm thruaxle swingarm

The rim in that photo looks like a 26". stock Mavic rim. I feel the prophet rides very well, if not better as a 27.5". I swapped the lefty for a 2013 Fox talas in 2013, because the lefty needed a rebuild. (they all do) I do have a question for you. Can you post a picture of the damage to your...

    Prophet 12mm thruaxle swingarm

Hello MC01. 1.) All rear prophet swings will probably be located on ebay, or sites like that. Remember the newest prophet is 11 years old. 2.) The only way you can tell is the drop outs. Photo is attached from the web, (Thru 12) 3.) No, this would be replacing the drop outs. Something I would...

411 and help needed on my unicorn (2004 Road Warrior 1000)

Its a different Cannondale. 2008+ is all new, everything 2007 and older is gone and not supported. That is why this site is here to preserve these bikes and make connections to keep them alive.

What Cannondale is this and what year

Looks to be 93ish. And the fork is not original. Have you looked up the serial number? http://vintagecannondale.com/info/serial_numbers/

We are not used to cold in California. Coldest this season was 39F. also, on your candy red.. I would use stick on guides for the middle of the hydro line. https://jagwire.com/products/small-parts/stick-on-guides

Delta V 2000 shock adjuster tool

Yes, I agree. They are very coarse threads. That is why this is a weird one.

Delta V 2000 shock adjuster tool

I also think it can be saved. I would look at the threads, to see if its been cross threaded. If not, i would you oil, and tap with a block of wood, in the tightening direction, than the other way. Make sure it is in a vice tight, so the force is going to the nut, and not absorbed by the entire...

    weird serial number

it could also be a 60cm, 6-60-8-08-90012 or a 66cm. Cannondale made special requests. 66 would be insane though. might be better to see the SN, and measure the frame. :)

Delta V 2000 shock adjuster tool

A new (old original) one might be hard to find. The threads are aluminum on aluminum, any chance they are cross threaded? Does the ring move at all? Can you try clamping it sideways, and get a block of wood, and smack it down? It may need to break some corrosion on the threads. Worst case, if...

Delta V 2000 shock adjuster tool

Is it stuck with the threads not moving at all? does it possibly look cross threaded? have you tried any penetrate oil? what tools have you used to get a good grip? Any chance getting a hard block of wood, and a hammer and hitting/tap it by the side? to spin it off? with some oil on the threads...
