Bought new in 1988...still have it. Only items that were changed from original are the tires, handle bar tape, toe straps and front derailleur cable ... Lol. A friend knew the owner of Cannondale and I got a great deal back then. It's a 58cm frame. I still enjoy riding it!

\"The Hare\" is a 1990 SR300 that I purchased new from Scott's Cyclery in Willimantic, CT, in 1992 for $399.00, discounted from the original price of $449.00. The SR300 has the 3.0 aluminum frame and it's major components like derailleurs, crank, and brakes are from Suntour's Blaze group. My thought when I bought it was that I would eventually upgrade the components and I may still. It's never shifted badly but it's never shifted nicely either. (I had a bike with the Shimano 105 group once...
